Summary Terms and Conditions

The Programme includes:

  • Flight (economy class) and 1, 2 or 3 nights’ accommodation between the 2nd and 5th of November
    • The number of nights and dates depends on the country of origin and will be set by the organisers. Except companies from the Basque Country or neighbouring provinces.
  • Free Access to the exhibition area
  • Participation in B2B Meetings
  • Free Access to the Congress
  • Invitation to social events
  • VIP Lounge Access

The Programme does not include:

  • Meals, flight or hotel upgrades, personal extras at the hotel, taxis
  • Visa application fees
  • Travel Insurance

Other important points:

Hosted buyers are expected to:

  • Attend DS Industry for the full exhibition days.
  • Make appointments with exhibitors each conference day.

Participation in the Programme is subject to approval by DS Industry.
